In order to handle the corrosion of underwater production pipe sinks in deepwater oil fields, a non-solid phase silicone plugging agent, an external clamp, and injection tool are combined this paper’s innovative pipeline repair technique proposal. The optimal main agent curing ratio for agents was found be 100:25, which achieved through experimental examination process. compressive cementing strength changes curd were disclosed by testing evaluating mechanical behavior agent. addition, limits 143 MPa 11.6 MPa, respectively. Based on this, computational-fluid-dynamics(CFD)-based analytical approach complicated flow field deep sea environment eroding impact developed. Through numerical simulation testing, mathematical relationship between agent’s maximum pressure field’s velocity established. saltwater petroleum erosion 4.19 3.29 respectively, values that far below their limits. way, viability efficacy novel confirmed. study presented paper sets groundwork in-depth analysis optimization control solutions subsea process pipes.
